Mr. Miller has 13 years experience in the HVAC business and has been in many different divisions --- Residential and Commercial Sales, Territory manager for equipment and supplies, Marketing Consultant, and Owner/Manager/ Consultant for many companies throughout the United States.
He is a graduate from Salisbury University in Maryland, Class of 2001, with a major in Marketing Communications and a minor in Business Management. He founded Healthy Air Services on July 5, 2007 and merged it into Charleston Heating and Air on January 1, 2009.

Blake's hobbies are business publications, dining out, beach volleyball, any type of exercise, traveling, and making Charleston Heating and Air the best company of our heating and air generation.
Brent joined the Charleston Heating and Air team in 2011 and has truly become an asset to the company. As a 2002 Psychology graduate from the University of Virginia, Brent gained experience in Healthcare Services working all across the country. Over the past eight years he lived in Nebraska, Chicago and Washington D.C. before making his home in Charleston. He quickly gained knowledge of the HVAC industry and is vital to the financial department of Charleston Heating and Air specializing in data analysis.
During his free time he enjoys travelling, Crossfitting, boating and trying out new restaurants with his wife.
Mrs. Heck has been in the accounting field for 5 years, beginning with a Corporate Pool Builder and now approaching her second year with Charleston Heating and Air. She is always expanding her knowledge in the field and is currently working closely with Business Development Resources Inc., where she is training with a Financial Coach to learn more on HVAC driven accounting.
Chelsea is a mother to a new baby boy and recently tied the knot with her husband, Jared. A "true southern girl" who enjoys, hunting, fishing, the great outdoors, and cooking. She takes much pride in her work and plans to continuously grow with the industry.
Melissa has been a part of Charleston Heating and Air since January 2011. What she has learned and accomplished in her time with the company is comparable to an employee with 2-3 years experience. She is extremely proficient in Excel and database management and her main focus within the company is Internal Organization.
Melissa went to Charleston Southern University, Class of 2009. and graduated with a Major in Business Finance. Her hobbies include tennis, horseback riding, and kayaking.
Susan is a Low Country Native and has been in the industry since 1997. She began her HVAC career in customer service, then progressed into office management, and then went on to become an Installation Manager.
She has Manuel J load calculation certification, is HVAC solutions certified, and has duct design and crawl space moisture training. In addition to this, she completed Air Quality training and RED Fusion training.
Susan enjoys working with homeowners and helping them design a system that meets their comfort and financial needs. In her free time she loves boating, skiing, baseball, bowling and spending time with her family and friends.
Bess is a vital part of our Charleston Heating and Air team. She is a 2003 graduate of James Madison University specializing in Business Management. As a former property manager in Ohio and Charleston she knows the importance of prompt, efficient and courteous service. During her free time she enjoys hikes with her husband and dog, reading a good book and crafting.
Meghan is a native to South Carolina, originally from the Greenville area. As a 2004 graduate of Clemson University, specializing in Marketing and Communications, she moved to Charleston and began her career as a Marketing Coordinator. To date, she has over 8 years of sales and marketing experience in the Charleston area and understands the importance of building lasting customer relationships.
On the weekends you can find Meghan running the bridge, playing kickball, cooking and boating.
Mr. Elliott is the newest member of the Charleston Heating and Air installation team. He is new the HVAC industry, but has experience in real estate and home contracting. He has been indoor air quality trained, and duct design trained, as well as a vigorous HVAC basics training.
Jake is also a Pro Beach Volleyball player from 1997- present. He is a College of Charleston graduate, class of 1999, and earned a Business Degree.
Additionally, he is the current coach of the College of Charleston 2 on 2 Beach Volleyball Team, and has started Local Carolina Beach Volleyball Camp for children. In Jake's time away from Charleston Heating and Air and volleyball, he spends time with his wife and three children.
Doug has 20 years experience and is currently installation field supervisor. Doug is the install departments leader and "go to" for all customer service needs. He is EPA certified and is extremely familiar with working with homeowners and business owners, as well as new construction contractors. He is the driving force behind his department and well respected in the industry.
In his free time, Doug loves to fish and hunt.
Mr. Morris has sixteen years experience in service and installation in the Southeast region. He is currently a lead service technician. He has passed the most difficult certifications, the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification. He is also EPA, gastite, r410a, R22, and Trane Hyperion certified.
Lee is known for the satisfaction he gets in making the customer happy. We call it "The Lee Morris Factor". In his spare time he enjoys working on his new home with his wife.
Mr. Hopkins has 25 years in the heating and air conditioning business. Originally from Boston, he excels in furnaces and "no heat" calls. Since moving south, Jim has become more than familiar with systems used in the Lowcountry and secured a role as a lead service technician. He is EPA, recover, gastite, indoor air quality, R410-a, and R-22 certified. He has also attended numerous manufacturer training courses, including a Ruud factory tour and inside training.
When Jim is not working, he loves to spend time with his family that consists of 4 kids.
Garrett has over 5 years experience in the heating and air conditioning industry specializing in service. As a 2007 graduate of the University of Tennessee he moved to Charleston and quickly gained knowledge of the HVAC industry. He is EPA certified and has attended various extensive training courses. As a former environmental field technician he is eager to educate others of ways to become more environmentally and energy conscious.
In his free time, Garrett enjoys catching a good movie, attending live music events and scuba diving.
Brian has been with Charleston Heating and Air since 2011 and has quickly become a fundamental member of our service department. Brian is EPA certified as a universal technician and has over 13 years experience in manufacturing and field work from a production supervisor to engineering layout specifications for hydronic heating and cooling. He also has certifications in geothermal and zoning multi hydronic units in commercial applications.
Brian is 100% customer oriented and always puts the customer first by providing high end service ultimately making our service department of the future even better than it is today.
Justin has six years of experience working in the heating and air conditioning industry as an installation technician. He is a native to the Charleston area and obtained an Associate's Degree in Business from Trident Technical College.
He is EPA and NATE certified, extremely organized and enjoys working in a team environment. Customers love his outgoing personality and genuine interest in helping to resolve their HVAC issue.
Mr. Runge has 11 years experience in the industry as both a service technician and an installer. Currently, he is a lead installer at Charleston Heating and Air and puts his heart into every job. He is EPA, r410-a, R-22, gastite, indoor air quality, airflow, line set, and Honeywell zoning certified. He has also attended Trane boot camp.
When Brian is not working, he enjoys spending time with his 2 children and playing video games to relax.

"2.0" has 12 years experience installing HVAC equipment. He is currently a lead installer at Charleston Heating and Air. He is EPA type 1 certified and has Ruud factory training as well as Unico experience and training.
David enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and music.
Sean has 6 years in the HVAC industry. He works daily with David "2.0" Bradwell to be one of the best install crews in Charleston. Although he is the least experienced of the installers, he is one of the hardest working and most talented. He is EPA certified and is familiar with residential, commercial, and new construction replacements.
Nile is the newest member of our heating & air installation team beginning in March of 2012. He's a 2010 graduate of Horry Georgetown Technical College and is quickly learning the industry at a rapid rate. His attention to detail and eagerness to succeed helped propel his expeditious advancement.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews, dirt bike excursions and catching Lakers games.
